Refunds/Exchanges Policy
- ALL SPECIAL ORDERS ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
- You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving an order.
- Item must be in its original packaging, undamaged. There will be a 25 % re-stocking fee and shipping charges.
Warning:
- Even though our shower pans are solid and sturdy, lifting the pan from the drain area opening, being the thinnest part, may cause damage to the product. We recommend lifting the pans from the outer edges.
- On occasion, a shipment will arrive damaged. To avoid misunderstandings, the consignee must open and inspect the commodity upon arrival while the freight company is still there at the delivery location. If damages are found the shipment must be refused, take pictures of the damaged areas to support the incident. The driver will also make notations on his delivery ticket. This way Shower Pans can file a claim. In this case, we may issue a refund or replace the pan of equal value within 7 to 10 days.
